THE DIZ KIDZ

VOCAL PERFORMANCE
The Diz Kidz sing in three to four part harmony and work on skills such as blending, tone, dynamics, diction, and projection. Students are expected to practice independently and attend rehearsals prepared to hold their parts.
DANCE AND MOVEMENT
The Diz Kidz perform a wide range of choreography in the styles of musical theatre, jazz, and tap.
PERFORMANCES
The Diz Kidz were accepted to perform in Universal Studios in Orlando Florida in June 2021.
The students have performed throughout Long Island on various stages and their work has been shared through different theatre companies.

The Diz Kidz are expected to share their talents with the community. Some recent volunteer performance credits include The Children Center at UCP's Breakfast with Santa and a holiday performance for the Long Island Veteran's Home.
TRAVEL
While most performances are close to home, in June of 2021 the Diz Kidz travelled to Universal Studios, Orlando to perform. While travel is optional, these trips provide a special experience for the students to bond and create lasting memories!
